My work is inspired by the nature I observe every day. I use organic forms and the pleasing curves found on the human body to inspire my creations. As a wood artist, I use natural edges, stressed timbers, and bark inclusions to reveal the unique aspects of every piece of wood. I present my contemporary turnings as art, in a traditionally craft medium.
