Artist Statement

I love music. My work is inspired by the lives of musicians, the quiet determination, longing, and joy that live behind the performance. I am particularly drawn to musicians because they carries stories of resilience, ambition, and identity. Each painting captures a moment in a larger narrative, the rehearsal, the late night set, the dream of becoming heard. I aim to capture the humanity behind the music, the vulnerability, pride, and passion that drive people to keep creating. Through cinematic lighting and expressive composition, I build scenes that feel like still frames from unwritten songs. My goal is to honor artists chasing their voice and to create images that resonate with anyone who has ever loved something deeply enough to pursue it.
