An Occasion for the Arts is seeking unique, diverse, and creative food vendors to participate in the annual arts Festival serving 40,000 attendees.

Setup: Friday October 2nd 2026. 2pm-5pm & Saturday, October 3rd 2026. 7-9am.
Strike: Sunday October 4th 2026. 5-7pm.

• Provide your own set up and hook ups, generators must be approved in advance.
• Must operate on both Saturday and Sunday full public hours 10am-5pm.
• Provide copy of F&B license and liability insurance to AOFTA by Sept 25, 2026.
• Food trucks must request a food truck inspection through the City of Williamsburg.

Fire-Tried Kettle Corn Co. serves fire-cooked kettle corn in classic, caramel, and sweet-and-savory flavors. Find them at the festival for a fresh, crunchy treat made with plenty of heart and fun.

Locally owned beverage truck serving coffee and specialty sodas with a focus on joy, self-care, and community connection. Source
The Wine Seller is a welcoming Williamsburg destination for thoughtfully selected wines, craft beer, and delicious food from the Cork Café. Find them at the festival and enjoy something special by the glass.
