Artist Statement
I have been painting most everyday for decades. My inspiration comes to me by my weekly drawing sessions from life. I use my collection of objects for still life pieces. Also my travel here and abroad opens new worlds of people and places. But my biggest source of inspiration is capturing the human spirit. It begins as a simple piece of paper it ends as an expression of my very existence.
