Artist Statement

Artist is inspired by the beauty in nature and paints in an Expressive style in oil. A Virginia Beach native, her work is infused with a love of the Virginia Tidewater where the sandy beaches of the Atlantic and Chesapeake Bay, forests, marshes, and mudflats that were the playground of her youth and are now her peace and inspiration for her art today.
