Artist Statement

I am fascinated by the way each piece of wood tells its own story through knots, bark inclusions, and organic shapes. My inspiration also comes from the process of transforming a damaged or diseased part of a tree into something meaningful and beautiful. I enjoy blending natural materials with artistic design to create sculptural forms that feel alive and expressive. I hope to capture beauty, honesty, and imagination in a way that sparks emotion and conversation. Creating art is not only a form of self-expression for me, but also a way to explore the world and better understand myself and others.
