Artist Statement

My inspiration is rooted in the fleeting, transformative power of light—specifically the "golden hour," when ordinary landscapes are suddenly bathed in a saturated, extraordinary glow. I am drawn to the wild, untamed architecture of florals and the grounding vastness of the horizon, finding a sense of enduring peace in their perpetual cycles of growth and renewal. I strive to capture the "feeling" of a place rather than its literal details, translating the raw energy and vitality I sense outdoors onto the canvas. My work is a personal response to the abundance found in the natural world. Ultimately, I am inspired to create windows into moments of profound optimism, inviting the viewer to experience the same warmth and atmospheric wonder I find in a sun-drenched field.
